Sketchbook studies | Birds, boundaries and cutting out energy vampires

Hey all,
It's been some time since my last upload. Lots has changed in my life but most importantly, recently I've been going through some self growth and development. I've really been learning to establish boundaries and cut out toxic people from my day to day life - it's been eye opening and difficult buttttt overall it's for the best.

I decided to draw this swallow bird as I had to tattoo it a few days afterwards. I'd initially filmed it a few weeks ago and it just so happened that things were happening in my personal life so birds equal freedom.
