1. The Story of ICE CREAM FRIED OR ICE CREAM ICE CREAM ROLLS

(ការ៉េមឆា In Khmer) (ไอติมผัด in Thai) fried ice cream or Ice Cream Rolls is a very popular Street foods desserts because of its ways of mixing ingredients together with fruits, vegetables, chocolates or different types of candies and a lot more.

There were a few vendors, but now the ice cream became more and more popular street foods and began to spread to many countries such as Malaysia, and Cambodia, Hong Kong, Thailand and also in some European countries.

2. HOW TO PREPARE THE ICE CREAM FRIED / ICE CREAM ROLLS

ICE CREAM FRIED is made with a fresh milk base combined with various fresh ingredients and different toppings served with the ice cream. The main ingredients are the liquid base flavor which is commonly milk and cream. The ice cream masher uses two metal spatulas to mix and stir the mixture, which to create the flavor. To make ICE CREAM FRIED OR ICE CREAM ROLLS, the mixture is first poured into a −18 degree Cel freezes and solidifies. The masher will add and grind different toppings like nuts, chocolate chips, and fruits to increase the texture of the ice cream. By continuously mixing and stirring in the cold pan, a scoop of Ice cream fried/ ice cream rolls is created. The ice cream can be piled for scooping or smoothed flat for scraping into curls and served in paper cups. The main Ingredients In This video We use Fresh Milk with a little cream and Food Coloring to make different colors as shown.
