Hey guys in this video I show you a gym tour of one of the best beach gyms I've ever trained at on the east coast called Southside Barbell located in Virginia Beach. This gym had everything from strongman equipment, bodybuilding equipment, powerlifting equipment, and cardio equipment. It was pretty much a one stop shop for those who want to work on any fitness goals they have. It was a deload week for me so I just enjoyed some training and playing around with different gym equipment they had. Make sure to stop on in if you are in the area for work, vacation, or just live there!
