There are still jobs to be done in the garden at this time of year. The biggest and most important is the winter protection of certain plants. With the weather looking like it will be colder over the next week tender plants need to be brought in. Other jobs are weeding, mulching and cutting plants down or back. I leave some of the herbaceous plants as they provide protection for insects. You can also do some pruning now as this will promote strong, vigorous growth in the spring. Thanks for watching.
