Essentially the plot is that...Bella meets Sam and Dean (the Cullens do not exist) and Sam and Bella fall in love. They eventually get married (You see this later). Sam had asked Dean to take care of Bella if anything ever happened to him (also seen later). On a hunt, Sam get's killed. Presumably, Bella is attacked and later wakes up at the hospital. Dean tells her that Sam didn't make it. They continue to go on hunts together, but both are completely miserable at the loss. The misery and the memories eventually push the two of them together. At first they are hesitant. Dean visits his brothers grave and then goes back to Bella. They sleep together and in the morning, they are confused about what to do next. Dean wants to be with Bella but she can't think of anything but her guilt and how much she misses Sam, so she walks out on Dean, only to find out awhile later that she is pregnant. She waits to tell Dean, until finally she realizes she's in love with him. They make love in his car to..uhh..celebrate. Ha. (This is in overlay and it's difficult to see over the last two scenes.)
