Watching Big Bull Moose as the Rut Heats Up
Welcome to Moose & Coffee. Libby calls this bull Oscar the Grouch, (and we thank one of our favorite fans on here for naming him), But I (Rick) just like calling this guy Three Brow. A good friend of mine started calling him that and it just stuck with me. So, in our journals he’s Oscar, and Libby calls him Oscar, but I just call him Three Brow.

We are not sure if this bull is five or six years old. He could be either and we simply have not connected any younger footage to him. By that I mean footage as a three year old or younger. We’ll keep working on that.
As Libby mentioned, this guy has an attitude, and when you watch him, you find that out pretty quickly. He’s a nice animal, and we hope he sticks around, although at the end of the rut this year he came up with a significant leg injury. We’re unsure what will happen with that.
