As I discussed in the video, I could have paid $850 for what looks like a nice rear Ranger rack that comes complete with its own winch. A friend has one and recommended it to me. I figured I should be able to make the existing front winch do the same thing, so that's been my project for the last couple weeks.

For a couple $8 Amazon stainless steel pulleys and a $9 box of 6-1.0x80mm s/s screws, also from Amazon, as well as some of the scrap steel I collect and keep on hand for projects, I built something that looks like it will work well.

Now I just need to bag a deer or wild pig to really test it out.
