在“台城后花园”迷了路 | 台山桂水村

桂水村，位于台城街道西郊，素有“台城后花园”之称。

建村至今已有500多年历史，是台山的古村落之一，也是当地有名的古侨村，全村户籍人口约1300人，侨居国外的桂水乡亲却超过1500人，因此有“海内外两个桂水”的说法。

由于是第一次前往，我走错了路，绕到其他村里去了，幸好这里的村子是相通的，在穿过一段狭窄而充满乡村特色的小巷子后，我终于来到了目的地。

可惜现在不是荷花盛开的季节，村子前面的荷花池显得有点颓败。

Guishui Village, located in the western suburb of Taicheng Street, is known as the "back garden of Taicheng".

The village has a history of more than 500 years.It is one of the ancient villages in Taishan and also a famous ancient overseas Chinese village. The registered residence population of the village is about 1300, but the number of Guishui villagers living abroad is more than 1500. Therefore, there is a saying that "there are two Guishui villages at home and abroad".

Due to being on my first trip, I took the wrong road and ended up going to another village. Fortunately, the villages here are connected, and after passing through a narrow and rustic alley, I finally arrived at my destination.

Unfortunately, it's not the season for lotus blossoms, and the lotus pond in front of the village looks a little decadent.
