Webinar on Keeping Children Safe from Sexual Abuse During Lockdown | Arpan

With the lockdown leading to an increase in the number of cases of Child Sexual Abuse, it is even more important for us to learn how we can ensure the Safety and well being of children.

We hosted a webinar on 'Keeping Children Safe from Sexual Abuse during the Lockdown' on 30th April 2020 with:
1. Tara Sharma Saluja - Moderator. An actress, entrepreneur, creator & co-producer of The Tara Sharma Show - a platform to discuss topical Family, Parenting, Women's and Children's issues with a view to helping bring about positive change.
2. Pooja Taparia - Panelist. Founder and CEO of Arpan.
3. Ruchita Dar Shah - Panelist. Founder and CEO of First Moms Club,
4. Tanuja Sodhi - Panelist. Author of Parenting in the Age of McDonald's and Raising a True Winner.

This is a recording of the webinar that touched upon several important issues, such as the importance of open communication between parents and children, healthy boundaries, digital safety amongst others.

Most importantly, it reiterated that it is never the fault of the survivor.
