If you make similar requests in Copilot on a regular basis, you may want to consider scheduling your prompts to run automatically. Scheduled prompts can send you email messages with the copilot results. In this video, you will learn how to schedule a Copilot request that gives a summary and action items from your email every week.

This is the seventh video in a full-length training course teaching Microsoft 365 Copilot for Business and Enterprise. Users who have a Microsoft 365 account managed by their employer, company, or similar organization have access to Microsoft Copilot tools that are designed for the workplace.
