Tombi: Making the Invisible Visible
Tombi is an EO (Explosive Ordnance) detection and safety training system developed by Foxtrot Inc. It combines computer vision, drones, and XR technology to support humanitarian demining and education efforts around the world.
Using aerial imagery captured by drones, Tombi detects potential landmines and UXO with AI, while its immersive VR platform helps train deminers and raise public awareness of explosive hazards in a safe, realistic environment.
Tombi was showcased at the GICHD Innovation Conference 2025 in Luxembourg, receiving strong interest from international experts and humanitarian organizations.
