This is our 2 year old Moriesian Filly Ellie. Today was the first day I introduced the drag poles. Sorry I had to mute the sound, we had sustained winds of 20mph with gusts over 50mph. Yes, crazy weather and I thought , whoo hoo, great training opportunity!

Our drag poles are made out of PVC pipe with eye screws so I can secure the traces easily.

As you can see no amount of wiggling or shaking of the "shafts" gets Ellie excited even on a very loose rein.

Sorry for the poor driving, It's hard to shoot video and drive a wiggly youngster one handed! She did very well despite me though :o)
