How to Use the Price Drop Flow in Klaviyo | New Feature Explained!

In this video, I am going to be discussing the new feature in Klaviyo and showing you how to use the price drop in Klaviyo. I will share with you what I would do for pricing strategies, when the person chooses an item or last checked out settings.

For people that have not checked out but have been looking at an item for a while and kept it in the cart, you can send out a notification which lets them know the price has been reduced. This can also be used for your returning buyers where you give them money off an item for being a loyal customer and this is your thank you for their purchasing.

You can have a few varieties of emails, you may want to have shorter emails for those which have not bought yet so they can read the main headline “This product is now 20% cheaper just for you”. For a returning and long time buyer, you can write them a personal message, such as “Thank you for ordering with us 10 times, we would like to give you $5 off your next purchase”
