Commander Keen 4: Secret of the Oracle version 1.0 shareware, DOSBox version 0.74 at max 100% cycles. The purpose of max cycles is to minimize in-game loading times. 100% for this game is defined as completing all levels (noted by the K flag) and getting the post-game sequence.

Start time is Keen's first frame of movement on the map; end time is Keen touching the last red-robed guy (in the water level), which is noted by the first frame that doesn't indicate movement after reaching him.

An enormous amount of time is lost on bad luck in Pyramid of the Forbidden (and by that I mean 15 seconds but it FEELS like a ton when you're doing it). Otherwise, I messed up the death exits on Sand Yego and Isle of Tar, especially the latter, but the rest of the run's really clean. I wanted sub-17:10, and I got it, so anyone else wanting this record can feel free to grind for good luck.
