Not because it wasn't good - but because that evening, I ended up in the emergency room.

But the photos I have remind me of moments I'm glad I didn't lose:
🌊 The jump into cool water - like the ocean washed away exhaustion, hangover, and heat. I felt light, refreshed, new.

🐄 A cow I petted between temples - she circled me and "nudged" me gently, exactly like my cats when they show love. A magical moment with a cow in Vietnam - not something I expected.

🤟 A Swedish couple teaching me about sign language - I learned every language has its own sign language, and that interpreters can transform education for deaf children.

Cham Island is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve with white beaches, crystal-clear snorkeling, and a chance to completely disconnect from the world for a few hours.
