1 & 1/2 cup Kothimbir (Dhaniya)
1 cup Besan
2 tbsp Corn Flour / Rice Flour
1 tsp chopped Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch Powder
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Dhaniya Powder
1/2 tsp Haldi
2 tbsp chopped Garlic (optional)
1 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Hing
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 cup Water
