How to do ragi idiyappam? || Ragi shavige || aragi nool puttu || கேழ்வரகு இடியாப்பம் செய்வது எப்படி ?

➡️INGREDIENTS FOR RAGI IDIYAPPAM:
Ragi flour/ Finger millet - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Oill - for greasing
Hot water - approximately a cup

➡️INGREDIENTS FOR TIRUNELVELI SODHI RECIPE:

Oil - 1 tsp
Onion - 1/4 cup
Drumstick - 1
Carrots - 1 or 2
Potato - 1
Salt - as required
Coconut milk - 1 cup + 1/2 cup
Moong dal - (cooked) 1 cup
lemon - 1/2

For Tempering:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Split black gram - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few

For grinding:
Oil - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 3 or 4
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Green chilli - 1 or 2
