Terry was born and raised in Ellsworth, Wisconsin. The son of a small-business owner, a strong work ethic was ingrained in Terry from a young age.

He understands the value of building relationships and currently lives in Lake Elmo with his wife of 28 years, Lisa. He has eight children (including 3 in-laws) who live around the Midwest and one grandchild.

In addition to selling insurance, Terry is a licensed real estate agent. He is also part of the Catholic United and Catholic Youth Organization. When he is not assisting his clients, Terry enjoys playing tennis, reading, and traveling.
