INGREDIENTS
16 oz baby Bella mushrooms
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil (or 2 Tbsp unsalted butter)
small shallot
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 Tbsp fresh chives
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
