In this talk we'll explore the history and realities of the current moment of AI and machine learning systems; what they can do, what they are good for, and how they fail; and present a pragmatic (and optimistic!) approach for thinking through the opportunity space from technical, product, and business perspectives, from someone who has been building AI experiences for more than 20 years.
