Pioneer Legend Potato Slot Car Scratch Build

A little while ago ‪@pats-slots‬ mentioned that ‪@SwiftSlots‬ could probably make a slot car out of a potato.
We know Rob is going to throw everything he has at another masterclass of engineering and model building, I thought I'd try a low-tech low-skilled approach to the same challenge.
