1 Bottled Sea Grapes
1/3 cup sugar cane vinegar or white vinegar
1 chopped tomato
1/4 medium size chopped onion
1 thumb chopped ginger root
1/2 sliced fresh lemon ( use Calamansi juice if available)
Chopped spring onion
