Busking Turf War, Denton, TX

On Friday 19th February at 9pm, Denton, Texas will play host to Denton's FIRST EVER LIVE BUSKING TURF WAR! Buskers are invited to head down to Hickory Street and perform their hearts out in competition with other buskers. The winner will take home a $100 Visa Gift Card, and all proceeds raised through your busking will go to the School of Rock Charity Fund.

Buskers can perform in all manner of ways, be it a rousing skiffle set, or a contemporary mime act, or perhaps you only do guitar covers of Bob Dylans early works - it doesn't matter! All performances are welcomed! At the end of the hour, buskers count their chips and whoever has raised the most money, wins!
