hi everybody! if I am being completely honest I am kind of nervous to post this because I am opening up a lot. Opening up is one of my biggest struggles so, hopefully, this video is a step forward.

I also hope this video helps or relates to someone else's life. I hope someone who is feeling the same way as me can seek comfort and know that they are not alone. Be kind to your mind.
