Freelancer or Agency Owner?

A question we get asked a lot.

The choice isn't simple… BUT here’s what I've learned.

As a freelancer, you're the boss of your time and decisions.

You enjoy the freedom to choose your projects and clients, and there's a certain allure to the low overhead costs.

However, the flip side is that you're also the ceiling to your income and growth.

You're a one-person show, which means you're responsible for every aspect of your business, from client acquisition to project delivery. This could lead to a “hamster wheel.”

On the flip side, running an agency offers a different set of advantages and challenges.

You have the ability to scale, delegate tasks, and potentially earn more as you grow your team and client base.

But it comes with more responsibility. Team, overhead, etc..Which can be rewarding, but stressful at times.

At the end of the day, there's really no right answer.

It's all about aligning with what best suits your lifestyle, your skill set, and your long-term goals.
