With the Boruto manga going hiatus for 3 months, there has been a lot of speculation that the Boruto Timeskip is going to happen in Boruto Chapter 81. With Naruto getting sealed away, Boruto becoming the villian and becoming a rogue ninja, and Sarada unlocking her mangekyou sharingan: a lot of points have been addressed in the manga however I still think there is going to be a final battle between Boruto, Kawaki, & Code before the timeskip begins.
