Join Reset LAB & Genesis Gymnastics Club live on YouTube for our brand new ‘Saturday Morning Sessions’. Expect a sixty min follow along format, full of fun balance challenges & skill drills to keep your training on track at home every Saturday of lockdown.

What You’ll Need
Yoga mat or a 2m x 1m space
Access to YouTube
A smile & a sense of fun
A parent to show how it’s done

N.B: The sessions will be streamed live on YouTube at 10am every Saturday & to participate you’ll need to be accompanied by an adult. We’d like the sessions to be as interactive as possible & therefore encourage both parents & kids to use the comments section of our YouTube page to say hello, ask questions & make comments. To use this function, please ensure you are logged into an adult YouTube account with an appropriate user name before the session begins.
