Hi Spirits! 👻. In this video, I did some face brushing/camera lens brushing/brushing you to sleep. I also tried to do some deep breathing relaxation to help you calm down and melt into your bed! I know the brush looks very makeshift but I wanted to make the end of the brush black instead of white because it is better for darker screens and better for going to sleep. I hope you enjoyed the video! Remember that progress is not always linear.
