Cutest mammal you ever saw! Himalayan Pika at 15, 000 feet altitude

The Pika or Mouse-Hare of the Himalaya ia a lagomorph and not a rodent. We filmed this cute furry little mammal at 16, 000 feet in the Himalaya, on a cold early winter day as it scurried about in the sun, trying to take in enough nutrition before nightfall. This was filmed within the high altitude meadows of the Kedarnath Wildlife Sanctuary using a Canon HJ40 X 14 long lens.
