1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp five spice
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp hoisin
1 tbsp ketchup

stock cube
250ml water
star ainise (optional)
1/2 tsp sea salt
