31. Encore Performing Arts - An American Revival - 2011 - "The Star Spangled Banner"

Encore is a Walt Disney World Co. cast club of people who love to perform whether they are professionals or amateurs. Each year Encore puts together an epic spectacle, and the proceeds go to a local charity. Encore Cast Choir and Orchestra, also know as Encore Performing Arts started as a Walt Disney Company cast member club that gathered each summer to perform a special concert from which the proceeds went to a local charity. The 2011 program was called An American Revival and included music in the Americana genre. show boasted an 70-piece orchestra, a 190-piece choir, and 27 dancers. As always, the show was under the conducting skills of Artistic Director and Encore Co-founder, Clay Price. The concert was held at the Premiere Theater at Disney's Hollywood Studio over 2 weekends.
