Carolina Panthers Continue To Build Impressive Staff, Hire Thomas Brown As Offensive Coordinator

The Carolina Panthers impressive staff build under Frank Reich continued on Friday as it was announced that Los Angeles Rams tight ends coach and assistant head coach Thomas Brown would be joining the organization as its offensive coordinator. Brown's addition now gives Reich's offensive staff a diverse set of experienced NFL coaches and past players.

While the Panthers have built a staff that will attract the attention of the rest of the NFL, are they in danger of losing staffers after the 2023 season if the team finds success?
