“Bass Talk is a conversation with Alvin Ewen, Glenn Prince, Raymond Grant and Wayne Williams who in my humble opinion were the pioneers who influenced and shaped bass playing in the Midlands in the early 1970’s and influenced many great bass players and musicians who have gone on to become household musicians locally, nationally and internationally.

By no means is this the conclusive list of bass players that influenced the gospel scene, these are those that I grew up around and it is Imperative I document their stories for future generations I hope you enjoy their conversations as I did.
