Tomorrow is our home. Welcome to our new series in the context of our new Employer Branding concept about working at BSH and what the future means for us.

Say hello to Fang. She and her team are responsible for developing processes and methods for our development areas. BSH means a lot to her, because she sees BSHas more than just an employer, but kind of her family, too. Fang spent the past 11 years with us and BSH has become a home for her to learn and grow.

The most exciting part of her job is the fact that she can be present for the whole process of developing new technologies or products which have smart features made for the consumer. This is the passion which drives her every day at BSH.

Over the past 11 years with us, Fang has had the opportunity to work in different locations and countries. These have enriched both her personal life and career with inspiringinternational and intercultural experiences.

In the future, she sees us creating products that help the consumer in every possible way, whether cooking a delicious meal or doing the laundry – the appliances will take on a lot of the burden. Surrounded by her second family and with a wealth of experience behind her, she is very excited to see what tomorrow brings…
