Reconstructive microsurgery it is a procedure where in you bring about large amount of tissue where there is a loss of bone, loss of muscle, loss of any other tissue you are going to bring it with the intact vascular and do an anastomosis. Suppose if a patient has got a limp chopped off you can replant it that is also a micro reconstructive surgery. If a nerve is cut you are going to repair the nerve under microscope that is also micro reconstructive surgery. If a patient has undergone removal of mandible and cheek that tissue will be taken from a far of distance and then it will be given a shape like that of the mandible and cheek this is also micro reconstructive surgery. So it is a basically done using a microscope to do the vascular or nerve repair.
