☯࿊ to Celebrate the Channel reaching over 700 subscribers here is a video compilation of throws, takedowns and knock downs from the Jiang Bagua Lao Ba Zhang Old Eight palm set.

The jiang set is, in my humble opinion, a very well constructed series of principles which has both repetition built in along with variations of set movements, allowing the practitioner to explore alternative options in conflict and if needs be, have a gradient of severity in application to pull from their tool box of sequences and applications.

It has a great variety of throws and qin na techniques which are all waiting to be investigated by the practitioner.

I hope this brief video allows some practitioners of the jiang bagua set to explore it further and to unpack some of the layered applications of these various postures and sequences.
