Britain’s BIGGEST Benefit Fraud | Investigator Explains All

Five Bulgarian fraudsters are reported to have claimed £50m of taxpayers' money, in what is described as Britain's biggest ever benefit fraud, which happened during the COVID-19 lockdown.

The gang, who have been jailed for 25 years, are thought to have faked over 6,000 Universal Credit identities to get their hands on the money.

Peter Cardwell is annoyed it wasn't a British investigator that brought the criminals to justice...but a Bulgarian one, when they noticed people's material quality of life had rocketed in terms of new cars and renovations on houses.

Joanna Marchong, Investigations Campaign Manager at The TayPayers' Alliance thinks leading up to any elections, political parties have told the UK public they will be clamping down on benefit fraud and tax evasion etc, but nothing ever happens. She says: "This has being going on for decades."
