Sometimes you just don't have the time or energy for a full car/truck wash, or you lack access to a suburban driveway and hose. In which case I've perfected the "Lazy man's wash," a simple and surprisingly effective system for light cleaning of vehicles.

Basically, it's a two-hander job with a damp (but not sodden) sponge with one pass followed immediately by a drying towel in the other.

Also a quick look at how garage is set up as a classic car hobbyist with modest mechanical skills but aspirations to get better.
