In this video we will talk about postcard marketing closing tips that you can use on the phone if you have a small list and don't have very many leads you can go ahead and use this training to maximize your leads and sales using a simple phone script.

Today's lesson is to take notes on peoples words and to also repeat back everything that they say say exactly how they say it.

By repeating back what people say exactly how they say it you are forcing them to say yes in their head which moves them closer to the sail or the sale or the clothes.

This is a very powerful phone closing script technique that you must use so that you can create more yes's in your customer's brain.

Many people oftentimes say a similar phrase as to what their customer said but not the exact phrase for example...

Is 5 grand a month... Is a different income goal then... Is 5000 per month

It's the same goal but the words are different and the words are what matter so that your customer removes barriers and objections.

Just watch the video and you'll get a lot more idea of how it works but it's very important to use the words that your leads tell you.

Then you want to go ahead and take notes on the bullet points that they tell you because your leads will tell you a lot of information about their life and it's important but it's gonna be a lot of information that you don't really need to use or need to know like but you can go ahead and use that information to relate to people.

So when you ask someone a question and they go on and on about you know like how last year They did this in that and struggled or succeeded...

While those are stories that you can relate to as well and build report with so it's important to listen to everything not just your key questions to qualify people it's important to also listen to people's stories and the struggles they've been through because you can also relate with them and be like Hey I was also in that same struggle I didn't know what to do but I decided to do this and I was able to change my life...

Conclusion...

Take notes on people and what they tell you and repeat back exactly what they tell you so that when you repeat it they say yes that's exactly what I said...

This will allow you to move people towards the close and allow you to move people towards the end goal of you helping them achieve what they want to achieve.
