콩불 // Marinaded Pork & Bean Sprout
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Cook Time: 10-20 minutes
Yields ~4 servings

Ingredients:
600 g Pork bulgogi
400 g Bean sprout
2 Scallions (Green onion)
½ Large onion
3 Tbsp Gochujang (Red Pepper Paste)
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
3 Tbsp Red chili flakes
3 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
Sesame seed, garnish

Directions:
1. Slice onion and roughly chop green onion. Cut pork bulgogi into smaller pieces. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, red chili flakes, mirin, sugar, garlic, and red pepper paste. Mix well and set aside.
3. In a large deep pan/pot, spread bean sprouts to cover the bottom of the pan.
4. Place pork bulgogi over the bean sprouts.
5. Add green onion and onion to the top of the pork.
6. Top it off with the sauce. Cover and cook on medium to high heat.
7. Halfway through, lower heat to a medium, and mix the contents to ensure that everything is cooked properly.
8. Enjoy with some warm rice!
