XR650R Dual Sport Lighting Intro

This is just a small intro video with a very basic wiring for dual sport kit. I made it because there were a couple questions I had on dual sport wiring that no other videos really explained so I tried my own. If you are in the process of making your dirtbike street legal maybe my video can help take some mystery away from the process.

This is what is called "floating ground" and it is used on bikes that normally make alternating current power for stock lights but when you add more electronics you need to have direct current as well. So what this means is you can't just ground anything to the frame like on a car or an already DC vehicle, you have to run a ground wire all the way to the battery and isolate everything from the frame.
