Here in this video we have shown a step by step process of making Oats Poha. Hope you like it. :)

Recipe :

1.In a hot kadhai dry roast oats for a few minutes

2.Transfer dry roasted oats into a strainer and sprinkle some water to soak them and keep them soft and moist .(Just like we do for normal Pohe )

3.In a heated kadhai lets add1 sp of ghee/oil followed by mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.Add green chilles and garlic to enhance the taste.

4.Add onion and saute for a few minutes now add all vegetables available like carrots ,beans , tomatoes , capcicum , green peas..Let them cook for a few minutes

5.Add basic masalas like turmeric , red chilly. Coriander and salt to taste

6.Now add soaked oats and mix well , sprinkle sone more water and add lemon juice ,cover and let cook for a while.

7.Garnish with fresh coriender leaves and serve hot ..Enjoy this filling dish ..😋
