100°F HOT tent with COLD outdoor meal tray. 3 days SOLO in SNOW

The far North is an amazing place to be. This year was a late start to winter and I am crossing the lakes by foot to get to my tent shack paradise. It's very windy and blustery, but the weather isn't too cold yet. One of the best things about being a YouTuber is that I get ideas from you! During this 3 day trip in the wilderness, I build a foldable meal tray so I can eat while looking at the beautiful scenery.

How much experience do I have?

That depends. I am pretty good at starting a fire these days and gathering wood. But I don't really have true bushcraft skills and definitely no carpentry or construction skills or training. I could probably make a shelter if I had to, but that would just come from all the YouTube training (watching) over the years.
