Hallo Pilzfreunde!

Wir lieben es. An einem sonnigen Herbsttag durch die Wälder streifen und hoffen, dass sich Steinpilze, Maronenröhrlinge & Co. nicht zu sehr verstecken. Mit einem Korb Pilze nach Hause zu kommen und als Krönung des Tages ein leckeres Gericht mit selbst gesammelten Pilzen zubereiten. Ja, beim Gedanken an ein dampfendes Pilzrisotto kommt Freude auf.

Das finden unsere beiden Hobbyköche auch. Pilze hat es im Wald genug gegeben. Schnell ein Blick ins Kochbuch, das passende Rezept ausgesucht und dann ab in die Küche.

Wow, war das lecker! Das Pilzrisotto hat super geschmeckt und ganz nebenbei für eine neue Form kulinarischer Erlebnisgastronomie gesorgt. Ach ja, was für Pilze da nun drin waren, wird ihr Geheimnis bleiben.

Unser Tipp: Nur Pilze verwenden, die man auch wirklich kennt.

TASSEN - The Mushroom Dish

Hello mushroom enthusiasts!

We love it. Wandering through the forests on a sunny autumn day, hoping that porcini, chanterelles, and other mushrooms don't hide too well. Coming home with a basket of mushrooms and preparing a delicious dish with self-collected mushrooms as the crowning glory of the day. Yes, the thought of a steaming mushroom risotto brings joy.

Our two hobby chefs think so too. There were plenty of mushrooms in the forest. Quickly looking into the cookbook, they chose the right recipe and then off to the kitchen.

Wow, that was delicious! The mushroom risotto tasted great and, incidentally, provided a new form of culinary gastronomic experience. Oh, what mushrooms were in it will remain their secret.

Our tip: Only use mushrooms that you really know.
