This traditional Lori (lullaby) is in Brij Bhasha.

Yashoda lulls baby Krishna to sleep in his cradle. She swings the cradle where Krishna lies awake. She gazes down at her baby as he looks back at her, and her heart swells with joy.

Yashoda shows little toys and rattles, making noise that delight him. She takes him in her arms, and feeds him, covering him with the hem of her Sari.

The Gods and Sages rejoice in the Charm and Happiness of the Divine Child, and rush to revel at the sight of him.
