Speech to Text in Windows using Whisper-Faster-XXL and Right-Click Context Menu

This video details configuring Whisper-Faster-XXL for performing speech to text on audio files in Windows using the right-click context menu, specifically the customizable "Send to" feature of that menu. This approach is fairly rudimentary, but works decently and all of the components are portable programs. There might be more elegant approaches, but this is an approach I find works decently for my occasional needs for performing quick speech to text conversions locally and conveniently, not relying on an Internet connection and third party services with questionable privacy. I also made a batch processing variant, which I may share later.
