With the ever increasing use of technology the traditional definition of work life balance has been turned on its head. Work happens in the evenings, personal happens throughout the day. She is passionate about people and establishing strong corporate cultures.

Larissa dedicated 18 years of her career specialising in workplace design and have created innovative and interactive workspaces across Europe, Middle East, and Asia. As an architect and interior designer, she has had the opportunity of working with numerous blue chip clients . Larissa is passionate about human behaviour, and having a keen interest in the psychology of space and behavioural science, which forms the backbone of all her work.

She co-founded Contrast Design as a reaction to the traditional and conservative nature of the construction industry. Their focus on is on the future and how to design space which will better support people and businesses in the digital age.
