ECB Cuts Interest Rates for Third Time This Year

The European Central Bank lowered interest rates for the third time this year, cutting the key deposit rate by a quarter-point to 3.25%. The ECB said the process of taming prices is “well on track” but didn’t offer any clues on when or how quickly borrowing costs will be reduced from here. Bloomberg's Lizzy Burden reports from Slovenia.
