1. Main Extruder :- 125 mm Non vented with 30 hp motor.
2. Secondary Extruder 120 mm with 15 hp motor.
3. Output :- 200-300 kg/hr
4. Raw Material :- pp,ldpe,hdpe,abs,hips,gpps,pc,hm,nylon etc.
5. With Hydraulic Screen changers on both the extruders.
6. With melt pressure transducers.
7. Electric Panel all VFD/ AC drives
8. VFD/ AC Drives on both extruders and pelletizer.
9. Auto heat control and cooling control.
Application :-
Plastic film and article waste recycling into granules.
