Showcasing both the Picoboot and PlutoII HDMI mods and how it looks recorded in 4k. Not the same as upscaling in 4k but still allows the video signals to look native on modern displays. Making for a much more crisp image where it just looks normal and will make texts on games look normal and not blurry on modern tv's. When people use those rca to hdmi converters it never looks good it always looks blurry and distorted. RCA is meant for CRT tv's. Recorded using an El Gato HD60s
